Nokia / OVI Store Billing Errors
We have experienced it ourselves many times how one can sometimes be charged double or triple for a piece of content when there is a problem between the Nokia Store, their local payment provider, your mobile operator and you. Unfortunately we have no control over the payment provider and by the time the download report reaches us, it's already gone through Nokia, the payment provider and then your operator.

To get your money back you will need to go your operator with a printout of your Nokia Store purchases (this can be found under your Nokia Store account page) and your mobile bill with the charges on it. They are the people that need to reverse the charges, Nokia will always refer you to your local operator in these cases unfortunately.
